- Complete an application form available in the clubhouse or print out a copy. Applications must be filled out completely and legibly. Incomplete or illegible applications will result in the delay of processing/approving your membership. All new applicants must have a member sponsor signature.

Enclose payment in full with a check or money order made payable to “Guthsville Rod & Gun Club”. DO NOT send cash. All new applications will only be accepted through the mail. Mail new applications to:

Orefield, PA 18069 - Attend the Guthsville Rod & Gun Club Safety/Orientation class held at 1:00 p.m. the 3rd Sunday of each month at the club (Check Event Calendar for Dates). The completion of the Orientation class is mandatory for approval of your membership application. If you do not attend the program your application will be rejected.*You will not be contacted for orientation, After sending in your application look on the club calendar and attend the next available orientation. If for some reason you can not make the scheduled orientation please email the membership secretary.
- Your name will be submitted to the membership for approval at the Membership Meeting immediately following your completion of the orientation class. If approved, you will receive your membership card shortly thereafter. If you have any questions regarding your membership application, please contact the Membership Secretary.
